Compatibility

SSL Certificate is only valid if it is compatible with browser and for that; all certificate authorities have embedded their root certificate in browser. Whether it is Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, Netscape, or any major browser; browser compatibility is must to establish trust over the web. If your certificate is a self-signed or issued by an unknown Certificate Authority, the browser will show a security warning. Web browsers and root certificates are frequently updated, so there may be hardly ever certificate compatibility issue.

You will have to install server certificate and intermediate certificate on your server because it does not require any root certificate for installation. The only condition is that trusted certificate authority must sign the certificate.

In case of mobile device (window, iPhone, Blackberry, Android, Symbian OS) upgraded version and newest OS mobile has no browser compatibility issue.

We have defined some platforms for browser compatibility, still if you have any compatibility issue then contact us without any hesitation.
