RapidSSL updated their website with new RapidSSL brown, orange and yellow and a sleek new look and feel the significance of a brand that embodies SSL super fast and easy. RapidSSL also migrated their roots to the key sizes of 2048 bits to enable up to 256-bit encryption. Now RapidSSL are updating their site seal to match the new brand and the level of encryption.
RapidSSL Site Seal Changes
Brand and message board are changing. RapidSSL Logo was heightened with white lettering and blue and gray will be replaced by the treatment of a new elegant logo with orange accents and brown. The seal is still an animated GIF that says “Secured by RapidSSL®” with a rotating display benefits. The RapidSSL certificates secure websites, including the level of encryption and security. However, this new version updates the description of the intensity of up to 256-bit encryption and adds a note about their new 2048-bit root.
Cause of RapidSSL Seal Changing:
RapidSSL emigrated RapidSSL root certificate 1024 bit to 2048 bit encryption, allowing encryption sessions of up to 256 bits encryption. They also updated the brand RapidSSL. RapidSSL wants to reflect the level of encryption in a stylish new fresh look and feel of updated brand with the RapidSSL site seal.
